The K401 System-on-Module (SoM) integrates PangoMicro's high-end Kosmo-2 series PG2K400 device with 4GB DDR4 SDRAM , 8GB eMMC Flash, and dual OSPI/QSPI Flash (256Mb + 128Mb). Its 8 pairs of HSSTHP transceivers supporting PCIe Gen3x8 make it ideal for high-speed data processing, video transmission, and industrial control applications.
