Product Description

The ACSU35 FPGA System-on-Module(SoM) is based on the AMD Spartan UltraScale+ XCSU35P FPGA. It features 64Mbit HYPERRAM and 128Mbit QSPI Flash, a 200MHz differential clock, and 246 user I/Os (including 12 LVDS pairs). It is ideal for high-speed data communication, video processing, and industrial control applications.
